ABOUT ME

I am a full-time artist and writer, focusing on strong emotional energy and movement. I think emotional violence and trauma are undeniable themes of my work, as well as my extreme use of contrast and limited color palette. I am obsessed with what I do, and I aim to produce a huge catalog of work in my lifetime. I have illustrated over one thousand pieces and poems so far, and my main goal is to increase that number significantly. 

DROPS

Once every two months, I release a new set of merch, which ranges from new apparel to art bundles.  I send out reminders for these drops via my mailing list, which you can subscribe to here

WHAT IS A PRE-SALE?

Pre-sale is another term for a pre-order. All items are made to order. For certain items that take longer to create, there may be only set amounts available.

As a small business, pre-sales allow me to share and sell merch without fronting the cost for inventory, and store unsold inventory.

To keep the store stocked with fresh concepts, certain items will not be restocked once sold out.

SHIPPING INFORMATION & POLICIES

!IMPORTANT!

Once orders are shipped, they are out of my control. Please make sure that you put the correct address in during checkout, as I will not be able to do anything if your package is sent to the wrong address.

International customers are responsible for import fees due upon delivery.

Shipping does not include import fees, dues or taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer.

Some countries do not update their tracking information once the package has left the United States. I recommend contacting your local postal service to see if they can provide more insight.

Since Covid-19, some packages have taken extremely long to arrive, upwards of 6 months. I tend to shut off International Shipping when I start to hear reports that the arrival time for the packages increases.

Packages that are returned to the studio can be sent out again at the cost of shipping.

Please contact me via info@pitchcanker.com if a package was returned to the studio, with your order number and new address.

If for any reason there is a problem with your order, missing items, or a general question, please send me an email so I can look into it.

I drop off orders once a week once materials arrive from my vendors to the studio.

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update once it has been dropped off in the system.

If your package has not been updated since the tracking number was created, and it has been 3 business days, please reach out.

I tend to buy shipping and drop off packages in batches, and have had a few orders go missing before they are scanned into the system. At the current moment, there is no way for me to see that it is missing once I purchase the shipping label. If a package isn't left behind in my studio, I can't see that it is missing, as all items are listed as "In Transit."

If an item arrives damaged, please reach out and we can work through filing a claim with your Shipment Service (USPS or UPS) together.
